Get Control Of Your Budget Now, Take Advantage of the EED Process!

We at Elizabeth Erin Designs see a missed opportunity in the construction industry – whether you have a remodel or a new construction project.  Typically, you are working off average allowances for your design finish selections.   With these allowances, you are working on one selection at a time and not the whole project.  Making one selection at a time and working off of average allowances puts you in a position of going over budget without being able to go back and make adjustments for what matters most to you.  With these two items combined, you are forced to either go over budget and/or compromise on your end design goals.  At Elizabeth Erin Designs we have implements the Ensured Eased Design Process, (EED Process) to overcome these missed opportunities.

We will transform your project from a vision into a complete design with tangible selections for your remodeler or contractor to obtain bid proposals.  Once you have the proposals, we will be able to assist you in tweaking the selections/designs to fit into your budget.  Investing in the EED Process allows you to control the design selection decisions and budget before items are ordered and it’s too late.   For example, if your counter tops comes in $3,000 over budget, we can adjust all the selections to stay on budget, such as lighting, cabinets and or flooring, because nothing has been ordered at this point.  You will have control over where and what your budget’s dollars get allocated too!

At Elizabeth Erin Designs we have over 25 years of combined design experience. We use the EED Process to assist you in achieving your vision, within your budget! We have a proven approach that we can customize to work in any price range.  We start with a 30 min consultation at our store or virtually to understand the scope of the project you want you want assistance with.  Once we have an understanding of that, we can provide you with a bid proposal for the design work.  We look forward to being the design team to help you achieve your vision!
