A Verbal Consultation consist of a two hour in-home-consultation, customized to meet your needs. If you are an investor or homeowner who plans on making updates to get top dollar for your property, we will bring paint samples and make recommendations on updates, showing you examples as we go. We make it simple to get professional assistance to help your home stand out against competition properties.
This is what you can expect on Verbal Consultation day:
When an EED designer first arrives, they will take a quick look throughout the home to take some preliminary notes of their own so we can give better recommendations. From there, we will provide paper and a pen for you to take notes on our recommendations as we go room by room together to discuss the best design for each space.
The recommendations may include anything from furniture placement, suggestions for additional pieces, what to edit out or pack up, artwork and accessory concepts, as well as general updates throughout the home, if necessary, to help your property stand out against the competition. Then we will come up with a plan to use your existing items in a new, creative way to cut down on new items that may be needed to bring in. We may also be pulling up examples with pictures for you to view.
It is a very informative meeting! There is a lot of information going back and forth, so we encourage a lot of questions. The more questions you have, the better you will understand everything we recommend, and it will be easier for you to implement our ideas.
At the end of the Verbal Consultation we will provide options to assist you further on your staging journey to make sure you put your best foot forward to showcase your property!
