It’s been a long road getting this beauty ready for show. We started working with Kruse Development in fall of 2018 planning and designing this house. With this show, many decisions and selections are kept on the down low to keep it a surprise for the public and for the judging. Keeping a secret for almost a year, on a project so large and so amazing, has been two steps away from a media circus nightmare for MONTHS! Keeping you lovely people updated with our lives and day-to-day activities while censoring samples, blueprints, and countless design meetings of this project was a secret not so easily kept.
This home has been a true labor of love and each tiny detail was thought through thoroughly to ensure the Expo guests have a great experience; but, more importantly, the new homeowners cherish this home for years to come! We took our time with different reps and manufacturers to talk through new products in the pipeline for 2019. This home’s driving force is modern innovation that the metro has yet to see. Products were sourced from local companies all the way to our neighbors down under in Australia. We took our time to blend finishes and products from across the globe to create a unison look that could WOW the audience. We are so thrilled to bring this work of art to the metro.
There isn’t a single room in this home that doesn’t have a custom detail. Most rooms feature a custom built-in made by a fabulous local craftsman, custom ceiling details, intricate tile work, or something of the nature. We loved adding the unexpected details to every room to make each space feel like it’s own. Along with the design elements and new products; one of the other reasons that this home stands out from the crowd is its advanced technology. With so many new construction homes in the metro, we wanted this house to stand out from the rest and knew the key way to achieve that was to customize every inch of this amazing home.
From studs to final pictures, this house has always taken our breath away. We are so excited to show you what the final looks like before any furniture covers this modern marvel!
